Aman found dead in the back of his pickup truck in the parking lot of a Northridge medical building was identified Wednesday as Charles Suppa, 28, of Canoga Park, police officials said.
The body was found wrapped in a blanket about 2:30 p.m. Tuesday in the parking lot of the medical building in the 18000 block of Roscoe Boulevard, Detective Paul Stewart said. A motorist who had pulled beside the truck to park discovered the body, he said.
A spokesman for the Los Angeles County coroner’s office said the cause of death has not been determined. Police are treating the death as a homicide, but no motive is known, Stewart said.
Suppa, an unemployed truck driver, had not been seen since he dropped his girlfriend off at her residence Monday night, Stewart said.
