U.S., Soviet Teens in Exchange

WASHINGTON — A dozen Soviet teen-agers will attend exclusive Phillips Academy at Andover, Mass., next year under a tentative exchange agreement that provides for American students to study at “a very elite boarding school,” the Siberian Academy of Sciences in Novosibirsk, U.S. officials announced today.
Charles Z. Wick, director of the U.S. Information Agency, told reporters it was the first time that the Soviet government had agreed to send groups of teen-agers to the United States.
