Santa Monica : Restaurant Wins Injunctin

Panache, a Santa Monica restaurant at 233 Wilshire Blvd., has won a preliminary injunction ordering a Fullerton firm to refrain from using the name “Panache” or the phrase “Panache, Purveyors of Fine Foods,” according to attorney Francis C. Pizzulli.
The April 15 ruling by Superior Court Judge David M. Rothman allows the Fullerton company to call itself Chez Panache or DuShane’s Panache, however, until the case goes to trial, Pizzulli said.
