Local News in Brief : Motorcyclist Identified in Fatal Reseda Crash

A man who was killed when his motorcycle struck a curb and slammed him into a tree was identified Friday as Dwayne Thomas Trotter, 25, of Reseda, police said.
Trotter was eastbound on Lorne Street in Reseda and was rounding a bend in the road to northbound Wynne Avenue at 1 p.m. Thursday when the cycle hit the curb and flung him head-first into the tree, police said. He was not wearing a helmet.
