Eastern Architecture Firm Opens Operation in Encino

Design Collaborative Inc., an architecture and interior design firm founded in White Plains, N. Y., has opened a West Coast office at 15720 Ventura Blvd., Encino.
The new operation is directed by Steven W. Miller, AIA/RIBA, executive vice president, and Rosalie Ringstrom Gladwin, vice president, both formerly with Maxwell Starkman Associates. Design Collaborative also has offices in Stamford, Conn., and Lake Success, N. Y.
