Bobit Publishing Co. Buys Beach City Hotel

Bobit Publishing Co. has purchased the three-story, 22,000-square-foot building at 2512 Artesia Blvd., Redondo Beach, for more than $2 million from Gerold Ltd. Bobit was represented by Westco, a Costa Mesa mortgage broker who arranged financing through Northern Life Insurance Co.
