Robbins Heads San Fernando Valley AIA

Lawrence Robbins, a Van Nuys architect and partner in the architectural firm of Robbins & Brown, is the new president of the San Fernando Valley section of the Los Angeles chapter of the American Institute of Architects, succeeding Joe Jordan of Burbank.
Other new officers include Tom Layman of Woodland Hills, vice president; Jean Cramer, secretary, and Mark Smith, treasurer.
New directors are Joseph Bricio, Sherry Dickens, Richard Dirdourian, Jaime Gesundeit, Kenneth Lee, Alex Miller, Sam Wacht and past president Jordan.
