THEATERS SUPPORT THE PEACE MARCH

More than 30 theaters throughout Los Angeles County will join in support of the Great Peace March for Nuclear Disarmament Inc., beginning today.
Some will donate proceeds from a special single performance and others will set up donation boxes and literature in their lobbies.
Benefit performances include “A Woman of Independent Means” at L.A. Stage Co.; “Bleacher Bums” at the Burbage; “Kvetch” at the Odyssey; “Leonce and Lena” at Stages; Steven Banks Home Video Entertainment at L.A. Public, and poetry, performance art and music at the Lhasa Club; among others.
