BSD Bancorp, holding company for Bank of San Diego, reported a 70% drop in earnings for the first quarter ended March 31, to $136,000. Assets rose 1% to $325.4 million, while deposits increased 1% to $297.6 million. The company’s net worth ratio was 7.1%, above the federal regulatory minimum of 6%.
