Newhall Land wants to buy back some units.

The Valencia-based partnership offered to buy out holders of less than 100 units for market price plus a bonus of $25. No commissions will be charged. Newhall Land & Farming said the move will cut costs and let small unit holders of record on April 30 sell without fees. The deadline is 5 p.m. on May 30.
