7 Turkish Soldiers Drown

ISTANBUL, Turkey — Seven soldiers drowned when a military boat capsized during maneuvers above a dam in western Turkey, the semiofficial news agency Anatolia reported. The accident occurred during a storm Sunday at Armaksiz Dam in Tekirdag province, Anatolia said late Tuesday.
