Soviet Envoy to Lebanon

MOSCOW — The Soviet Union on Saturday appointed Vasily I. Kolotusha, a senior diplomat in its embassy in Iraq, as its new ambassador to Lebanon, to replace Alexander A. Soldatov, who has retired.
