Toronto Maple Leafs defenseman Borje Salming told the Toronto Star that he experimented with cocaine several years ago but does not use the drug any longer.
Salming, 35, a native of Sweden, said drugs are not a problem on the Maple Leafs.
“I’ve tried it, sure, five, six years ago but not since and I feel good about saying no,” Salming said.
