Arts Festival at Park: The Costa Mesa Art League will be hosting its first Cultural Arts Festival this weekend at TeWinkle Park, across from the Orange County Fairgrounds. Dance, music, theater and visual arts will be represented in several exhibits and performances, including Vietnamese, Cambodian, Japanese and north African folk dancers, as well as improvisation theater and fine art exhibits and sales. Art workshops for children and adults will be offered. There is no admission charge. The festival will be from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. both days.
