America West got $50 million in new credit.

The expanded line of credit, through a group of five banks led by Chase Manhattan Bank, will be used to finance future aircraft acquisitions. Other participating banks include Security Pacific National Bank, Mellon Bank, First Interstate Bank of Arizona and Valley National Bank.
