The director of the Institute for Historical Review, which claims the Nazi holocaust never took place, says it has moved from Torrance to Orange County. Robert Karl Berkel would not divulge the new telephone number or address for “security reasons.” Berkel said the organization is the target of death threats. The previous office in Torrance was firebombed on July 4, 1984.
