CITY ORDINANCE Shall the ordinance prohibiting gambling and gambling organizations and prohibiting the operation of card clubs and casinos in the city be adopted? 4 of 4 precincts ---- minuis 10 absentee ballots that will be counted today. Six ballos must have signatures verified, and four others were held out and not counted to insure the secrecy of the other six.
