Donne P. Moen has been named vice chairman and a director of Union Bank. Moen joins Chairman John F. Harrigan and President John M. Heidt in the office of the chairman.
Moen has been with the Los Angeles bank for more than 20 years in various jobs. He most recently has been senior executive vice president in charge of the middle-market, corporate, individual and real estate banking departments.
