The Louisville, Colo.-based firm said the Chapter 11 petitions will facilitate the overall reorganization of the Storage Technology corporate group. The petitions were filed in U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the district of Colorado. Storage filed for reorganization on Oct. 31, 1984. The company manufactures and markets data storage and retrieval subsystems for high-performance computers.
