Gov. Earl to Run Again

WAUSAU, Wis. — Gov. Anthony S. Earl said Thursday that he will seek a second four-year term. The Democratic governor made his announcement in the courtroom where he argued cases as an assistant district attorney 21 years ago. Five candidates are seeking the GOP nomination to oppose Earl.
