Motorcyclist Killed in Collision With Car

An unidentified motorcyclist was fatally injured Friday in Westminster when he ran into a car driven by a Midway City man.
Police said the driver of the car was attempting a left turn from southbound Van Buren Street to eastbound McFadden Avenue. He was struck by a male motorcyclist, who has not yet been identified, traveling westbound on McFadden.
The cyclist was dead on arrival at Fountain Valley Trauma Center. The motorist was not injured or cited, according to Westminster Police Lt. David Wiggs.
