Los Angeles-based Security Pacific Corp., parent of Security Pacific National Bank, said it is forming a new company, Automotive Resource Advisory Group, under Robert Monteith, who was named chairman, president and chief executive.
The new company, headquartered in Westlake Village, will work with auto dealers, importers, municipalities and related groups, providing consultation services and financial packaging.
