3 Ugandans, Rifle Seized

BUSIA, Kenya — Kenyan border police arrested three Ugandans trying to smuggle an automatic rifle and 70 rounds of ammunition into the country at Busia, 170 miles northwest of Nairobi, the official news agency reported Monday.
