Larry Holmes, saying there is “no doubt” that boxing judges take bribes, called for a major overhaul of the New Jersey boxing industry before a New Jersey Assembly committee looking into boxing reform measures.

Testifying for more than 90 minutes before the Assembly Independent and Regional Authorities Committee, Holmes painted a picture of corrupt boxing judges, lackadaisical physicians, exploitative promoters and unsafe equipment.
