KIROV REVISES SHRINE CASTING

The Kirov Ballet of Leningrad has announced revised casting for the company’s Shrine Auditorium engagement tonight through Monday.
The four performances of “Swan Lake” will be danced by Galina Mezentseva and Konstantin Zaklinsky (tonight), Olga Chenchikova and Yevgeny Neff (Thursday), Altynai Assylmuratova and Marat Daukayev (Friday matinee) and Lyubov Kunakova and Neff (Saturday).
Casting at the two evenings of shorter works is as follows:
Sunday--”Chopiniana” with Elena Yevteyeva, Irina Sitnikova, Olga Likhovskaya and Sergei Vikharev; “Paquita” with Chenchikova, Kunakova and Daukayev; the “Kingdom of the Shades” scene from “La Bayadere” with Mezentseva and Zaklinsky.
Monday--”Chopiniana” will be danced by Zhanna Ayupova, Sitnikova, Likhovskaya and Aleksander Lunev; “Paquita” by Chenchikova, Kunakova and Zaklinsky; “Bayadere” with Altynai Assylmuratova and Sergei Berezhnoi.
Casting is subject to change.
