What a crime is imposed upon the American people--that cash buyers have to pay higher prices to subsidize credit cards and bad checks. To compound the felony is the long wait, while the credit cards are being verified.
All stores should give cash buyers a discount. Not only does their cash register sing, but they also do not have the bookkeeping and time lost waiting for their money.
It will be sad when the day of the cashless society arrives, and consumer debt will magnify itself.
