Chapman’s Turnbull All-American Again

Troy Turnbull became Chapman College’s first athlete to earn Division II All-American honors four times.
Turnbull, a senior on the men’s tennis team, made All-American as a singles player each of his four seasons and made it as a doubles player the last two. Turnbull was 24-19 this season.
Freshman Olivier Amerlinck (35-10) and sophomore Paul Wekesa (13-7) also were named All-American. Wekesa was voted All-American last season.
The Panthers (22-13) lost to Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, 5-4, in the Division II championship last week.
