Whittaker is selling its Kettenburg Marine division.

San Diego businessman Thompson Fetter is acquiring the division from the Los Angeles-based company for an undisclosed amount. Kettenburg Marine operates marine repair facilities in San Diego, Santa Ana, Newport Beach and Dana Point and operates out of several retail marine sales outlets in Southern California. Kettenburg’s first-quarter revenue totaled $4.9 million.
