TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — Gov. Bob Graham signed a new death warrant Thursday for Theodore Bundy in the 1978 murders of two Florida State University sorority sisters. Corrections officials scheduled Bundy’s execution for July 2.
Bundy, also under a death sentence for killing a Lake City schoolgirl, had been scheduled to die in the electric chair on March 4, but the U.S. Supreme Court blocked the execution. The high court lifted the stay on May 5.
