Two Chapman Players Honored in Softball

Freshman pitcher Casey Tacason and senior right fielder Karen Yamaguchi of Chapman College were selected to the All-West Coast Division II softball team, the school announced.

Tacason, who attended La Quinta High School, was 18-10 for the Panthers. Yamaguchi hit .350 in her final season. Chapman (32-22) finished third in the California Colligate Athletic Assn. and was ranked 15th in Division II.
