Zimbabweans Can Sue South Africa Over Raid

HARARE, Zimbabwe — Owners of property destroyed during last week’s South African raids on Zimbabwe can sue Pretoria in the Zimbabwe High Court, law lecturer Shadreck Guto said Friday.
In an interview, Guto said if judgment went against South Africa and it refused to pay, the court could make an attachment order on South African-owned property in Zimbabwe.
