Construction has begun on the $7-million Hunter Avenue Industrial Buildings phase of the 108-acre Santa Fe Corporate Center being developed at La Palma Avenue and Kellogg Drive, Anaheim.
The project, designed by architect Gilbert Aja Associates of Laguna Hills, consists of four divisible buildings totaling 178,833 square feet on 9.5 acres. The general contractor is Robert E. McKee Co., the exclusive leasing agent is Grubb & Ellis and completion is scheduled in July.
The new buildings feature an “energy entry,” one of a number of new architectural devices being used to set off high-end industrial buildings. The center is being developed by Santa Fe Pacific Realty Corp. of Brea.
