Group to Protest Whaling

HAMBURG, West Germany — The environmentalist group Greenpeace is sending a protest ship, “Moby Dick,” from Hamburg on Friday to pursue Norway’s whaling fleet in a bid to disrupt the hunt for minke whales, the organization said Tuesday. Greenpeace said the species is threatened with extinction, but Norwegian officials say it is not endangered.
