Dutch Prince to Attend Berkeley

THE HAGUE — Prince Johan Friso of the Netherlands will begin engineering studies at the University of California at Berkeley in September, a Royal Family spokesman announced today. The prince, 17, is second in line to the Dutch throne. He is the second of three sons of Holland’s monarch, Queen Beatrix.
