Denny Crum, coach of 1986 NCAA basketball champion Louisville, has accepted an offer to coach the United States team in the 1987 Pan American Games, according to a published report.
A copyright story in today’s editions of The Courier-Journal said Crum agreed to the coach the team in the games to be played Aug. 7-23 next year at Indianapolis.
