Prince to Study at UC

THE HAGUE — Prince Johan Friso of the Netherlands will begin engineering studies at UC Berkeley in September, a family spokesman said Wednesday. The 17-year-old prince is second in line to the Dutch throne. He is the second of three sons of Holland’s monarch, Queen Beatrix.
