London Airport to Expand

LONDON — Airport officials announced plans Wednesday to build a $435-million terminal at London’s third airport at Stansted, with the aim of quadrupling annual passenger capacity there. The airport, northeast of London, handles about 500,000 passengers a year, mostly on charter flights.
