NETWORKS UNVEIL SUMMER PLANS

“Me and Mrs. C,” a new comedy series about a white widow who takes in a black boarder, will join the NBC prime-time schedule June 21 for a six-week run.

The show stars Peg Murray as the 62-year-old widow and Misha McK as the 22-year-old college student who moves in with her, with Gary Bayer and Ellen Regan as Murray’s son and daughter-in-law.

Produced by Scoey Mitchlll, “Me and Mrs. C” will be broadcast Saturdays at 9:30 p.m. The current occupant of that spot, “227,” will move to Saturdays at 8:30 p.m.

CBS, meanwhile, plans to juggle its prime-time lineup for the summer, beginning the week of June 9. Among the changes planned:

“Simon and Simon” will air Tuesdays at 8 p.m., followed by “Magnum, P.I.” at 9 and “The Equalizer” at 10. On Wednesdays, “Foley Square” will be seen at 8 p.m., “Charlie and Company” at 8:30, “Dallas” at 9 and the news magazine “West 57th” at 10.

The Thursday lineup on CBS will be “Crazy Like a Fox” at 8, “Trapper John, M.D.” at 9 and “Knots Landing” at 10.
