C. Z. Wilson, president and publisher of Central News-Wave Publications in Los Angeles, has been appointed to the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco’s Advisory Council on Small Business and Agriculture. Wilson, a former UCLA vice chancellor, is chief executive of the nation’s largest black-owned weekly newspaper chain.
