Kathleen Rooney Miller, 31, the daughter of Pittsburgh Steeler President Dan Rooney, has died of lupus erythematosus, a progressive form of arthritis that causes skin lesions and damages internal organs, the team announced. Miller died Saturday in Pittsburgh. She is survived by her husband, Thomas B. Miller, and a daughter, Caitlin.
