OPERA SELECTS PROGRAM HEAD

Stephen A. Rapp has been appointed Director of Community Programs for Irvine-based Opera Pacific.
Rapp, 36, most recently served as education coordinator and guild coordinator for the Cincinnati Opera Co.
He received a B.A. in Latin Honors from De Pauw University in Indiana and an M.A. in classical archeology from the University of Cincinnati. He also has an A.B.D. in classical art and archeology.
Rapp’s new responsibilities include expanding the Overture Company--Opera Pacific’s community outreach program.
