Rhyzhkov to Visit Sweden

STOCKHOLM — Soviet Premier Nikolai I. Ryzhkov will make the first official visit to Sweden by a Soviet premier in 20 years on Jan. 11-14 of next year, the Cabinet Office said Friday.
