MASSA, Italy — Italian magistrates investigating a suspected illicit arms-trafficking operation issued 40 arrest warrants Friday after finding weapons hidden on board a Lebanese ship. The 17-man crew--five Lebanese, four Sudanese, two Pakistanis, two Egyptians, two from Bangladesh and two from Sierra Leone--and a Pakistani stowaway were arrested.
