Baja for Payment

The American taxpayers must be “economic idiots” to allow the U. S. government to accept negotiations between Mexico, U. S. banks and private concerns to discount Mexican government debt (Aug. 30).

The money is owned by U. S. citizens and owed to U. S. taxpayers. I propose we take Baja for payment.
