Investment Firm’s Sales in 5 States Worth $13 Million

Hotel Investors Trust, a real estate investment trust in Woodland Hills, sold several properties, including a 237-room Ramada Inn in Jefferson City, Mo. for $5.6 million to a private investment group.
Hotel Investors also sold a 6.5-acre parcel of undeveloped land in Herndon, Va. to a private investment group for $4.6 million.
In a third transaction, Hotel Investors sold three parcels of land underlying Viscount Hotels in Houston, Denver and Portland, Ore. to Forte Hotels International for $2.8 million. Forte Hotels owns and operates the three hotels.
