Standard & Poor’s has withdrawn the single B-plus rating on Caesars World Inc.’s senior notes worth $305 million due in 1994 and the single B-minus rating on its proposed $330-million subordinated debentures due in 1999 . . . Revlon Group has agreed to sell its last two vision-care units, Coburn Professional Products and Benson Optical, for more than $100 million.
