USIU Beats Tennessee in Women’s Volleyball

SAN DIEGO — Claudia Johnson had 21 kills and Renan Komurcuoglu had 50 assists to lead the United States International University volleyball team to an 8-15, 15-8, 15-11, 15-13 victory over the University of Tennessee Wednesday at the Jewish Community Center in La Jolla.
USIU improves to 6-1, and Tennessee falls to 2-2.
