West Los Angeles : Scholarship Winner Named

The West Los Angeles Booster Assn. has named Mattie Renee Richardson, 18, as the first recipient of a special award that she will use for her studies at California State University, Long Beach. She is active in the Los Angeles Police Explorer Scouts and is a graduate of Drew Magnet School. She plans to become a registered nurse.
