West Hollywood : Grant Given to Justice Center

The City Council has awarded $50,000 to the Neighborhood Justice Center to provide mediation and conflict-resolution services to residents.
The center handles disputes involving landlords and tenants, neighbors, consumers and merchants, family members, and other parties.
The council also has appropriated $15,000 to the spaying and neutering campaign of “Have a Heart Foundation.”
The grant is for public education relating to animal population control and financial assistance to pet owners who need spaying and neutering services.
