ASCAP, the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers, and Carnegie Hall will mount the official celebration honoring Irving Berlin’s 100th birthday in May. The event will consist of a gala concert at Carnegie Hall on May 11, the songwriter’s birthday. Proceeds will beneift the ASCAP Foundation and Carnegie Hall.
